What Is Formula Income?
Formula Income is an additional stream of income, separate from your personal sales commissions. It’s earned through agent sponsorship—helping bring other agents into EXIT and supporting their success.
Every agent who joins EXIT is invited and sponsored into the company. When the agents you sponsor close transactions, you may earn Formula Income. This income is not taken from their commission and does not require you to hit production quotas.
The Three Ways Formula Income Works
Active Income – 10%
As an active EXIT agent, you can earn up to 10% Formula Income on the closed transactions of agents you sponsor, capped at $10,000 per sponsored agent per year.
This income is earned in addition to your own commissions and rewards you for mentorship, leadership, and collaboration.
Retirement Income – 7%
EXIT is one of the few brokerages that allows agents to plan beyond active selling.
If you retire in good standing, you may continue to receive 7% Formula Income from the transactions of the agents you sponsored—without selling homes or meeting production requirements.
It’s a retirement strategy built on relationships, not years behind a desk.
Beneficiary Income – 5%
EXIT also recognizes that your career can create value beyond your lifetime.
If a sponsoring agent passes away, a designated beneficiary may receive 5% Formula Income from future transactions closed by the sponsored agents, as long as the beneficiary remains an active EXIT member.
This creates a legacy component rarely found in real estate brokerages.
